Making ornate plaster mouldings since 1991, Bill O' Gorman and his team are based in Leytonstone, east London and are known for their handcrafted ceiling roses, cornices and corbels.

Plaster Mouldings London specialise in supplying, installing and restoring fibrous plaster mouldings in historic and listed buildings. They are able to replicate existing period features and match original designs when repairing or replacing damaged plasterwork. The company also work on contemproary and bespoke projects. This family run business has been combining modern materials and traditional techniques, creating ornate plasterwork for thirty five years.
"I quite often get tipped off about companies that people think will be of interest to me and The Archive - this was one of them. A friend runs a coffee-roasting company next door and had caught glimpses inside this plasterworks and thought it was worth documenting. Sure enough, it was a fantastic place to visit and photograph - a lovely mix of traditional processes in a contemporary setting with pop music blaring on the radio and West Ham banter." Carmel King photographed Plaster Mouldings London in June 2019 for The Archive.
